Deshani jewelry features cubic zirconia stones with carefully selected plated finishes. Materials may vary by design, so please check the Material and Specifications sections on each product page for the exact base metal, plating and stone details.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?
Deshani jewelry is plated to help preserve its color and shine. As with all plated jewelry, the finish may gradually change with regular wear. Proper care and storage can significantly extend the life of your jewelry.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes, our pieces are designed for everyday styling. To protect the plating, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and avoiding direct contact with perfume, lotion and household chemicals.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is estimated to take 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance and local carrier delays.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all original tags and packaging. Please contact contact@shopdeshani.com before returning anything, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact contact@shopdeshani.com within 10 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and supported payment providers. Deshani does not directly store your complete payment card information.
