Are Deshani stones real diamonds?
No. Deshani primarily uses cubic zirconia, also known as CZ. It is a lab-created stone chosen for its bright, clear sparkle and accessible price.
Is Deshani jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin sensitivities vary from person to person, so we cannot guarantee that every piece will be suitable for everyone. Review the materials listed on the product page and stop wearing the item if irritation occurs.
Will the finish change over time?
Jewelry finishes can gradually change with regular wear and exposure to moisture, chemicals, and friction. Gentle care and proper storage can help preserve the color and shine for longer.

Shipping & Delivery
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
How much is US shipping?
Standard US shipping is $5.99 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard US shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Standard US delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by your location or carrier delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow a little time for the carrier to begin displaying updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Available international destinations appear at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated by the carrier and paid by the customer. Delivery times vary by destination.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Deshani and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Email contact@shopdeshani.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
For preference-based returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charge is nonrefundable. If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Deshani will cover the applicable replacement and return shipping costs.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email contact@shopdeshani.com within 10 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a brief video. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Where should I send my return?
Do not send a return to the address on the original package. Contact us first for approval, the correct return address, and return instructions.
Orders & Customer Service
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at contact@shopdeshani.com. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can update it only if the order has not entered processing or shipped. Deshani is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and supported payment providers. Deshani does not directly store your complete payment card information.
