Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include delivery time.

US Shipping

Shipping to the contiguous United States is $5.99, with free standard shipping available on orders of $50 or more. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to an $8.99 flat shipping rate. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses are subject to a $9.99 flat shipping rate. Additional transit time may be required for these destinations. The applicable shipping charge and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout.

Standard US delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by your location, weather, peak shipping periods, or carrier delays.

International Shipping

Available international destinations appear at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated by the carrier and paid by the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow a little time for the carrier to begin displaying updates.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Deshani and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We can update an address only if the order has not entered processing or shipped.

Deshani is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
